Aleesha young has solidly established herself in the professional bodybuilding world as one of the top women. In 1984, Aleesha was born into a family of athletes. They also had siblings who played athletics, including skating and hockey. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha obtained her professional license when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. She began to compete in 2008, but she started competing since the year 2008. The following year, she competed in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. Her final score for 2015 was 9th. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and 2016 in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha improved and was able to win her first professional competition in the form of winning Chicago Pro Championships. Aleesha's greatest performance came at WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. Fourth place was her highest finish. The "World's Strongest Mom" has taken a health break.
